In this quiet session, we won’t dive into mental health discussions or therapy-style sharing. Instead, we’ll show up, set intentions, and quietly get things done. Light chit chat is welcome, but the focus stays on our tasks. Session Format: - Optional introductions & goal-setting (introvert-friendly, OK to not share) - Choose any task: cleaning, organizing, studying, emails, self-care, etc. - Quiet work time alongside others (light & gentle conversation is ok but the focus of this session is completing tasks) - End with a brief check-in to share progress I look forward to being your accountability partner!
